Subscription records are stored in Microsoft Azure. Zoho processes outgoing email. We record consent dates and delivery status. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help prevent signup abuse. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future queued newsletters; a message already being transmitted may still arrive. A minimal suppression record is retained to prevent accidental re-enrolment. Contact newsletter@systemicerror.media for questions or a deletion request.
